Background: This is a thirty-two (32) year old residential community that consists of several town house style buildings enclosing 492 units. One of the amenities include a community pool and a Pool House, which is a stand-alone building that features a brick facade, enclosing men and women bathrooms, showers and lockers.

Design approach: Design of the Pool House included complete renovation of the interiors, which replaced and installed new flooring, paint, lighting, toilets, toilet partitions, urinals, sinks, vanity, faucets, and a lifeguard station. We designed the new interior layout, finishes and lighting design in coordination with Community requirements and complying with International Building Code (IBC 2015) and American Disability Act (ADA 2010).
